Photocatalytic technology:
  • A type of Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) that has been empirically proven over many years, both domestically and abroad, as an effective approach to breaking down pollutants. Such technology is largely applied to water treatment.
     

  • Ultraviolet light is used to ionize oxygen and water vapor in the air, which works as a factor for purifying the environment. This approach effectively eliminates abnormal odors (e.g. bathrooms and second-hand smoke).
     

  • The purifying agents actively disperse in an environment, thus serving as an efficient method for removing odors. It also breaks the cell membrane of bacteria as well as the DNA/RNA and proteins of a virus.
